To express interest in working for 360 Consulting, LLC, we ask that you download the Getting Started Information, view the System Requirements, click on Become An Agent to register with the Arise platform. Make sure to use the Getting Started Information sheet as it will help guide you through the online registration process.

 Once registration has been completed, approved and you've actually signed up to service a client, download and submit via email the Arise Affidavit Form, Direct Deposit Form, and the W9 Form to retrochicjewels@gmail.com.

Most FAQ's

Q. What type of experience is required?

A. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields. Ability to build rapport with clients, positive and professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills.

​Q. What is the minimum age requirement?

A. You must be 18 years or older to apply.

​Q. Do I have to be a legal resident of the US?

A. Yes, you must reside and be legally authorized to work within the US. 

​Q. Why do you perform background checks?

A. Due to sensitive and confidential information of our clients, background checks are mandatory and required to ensure that each potential agents identity is confirmed and free of criminal activity.

​Q. Is there any cost to get started?

A. Yes, because you are working as an Independent Contractor, the only cost that you are required to pay is for your certification class. Certification class can range anywhere from $19.99-$149.99. 360 Consulting, LLC offers reimbursement of 100% for your certification cost after 90 days of employment.

​Q. How many hours a week can I work?

A. Each client generally requires that you work at least 7.5-9 hours per week. You are welcome to work more. There is no maximum limit of how many hours you can work. The list of hours are available within the Opportunity Announcement which you will receive once your registration has been processed.

Q. How much can I expect to earn?

A. The amount of money you earn will depend on the amount of hours that you decide to service. Some of our Agents generally earn $1,500 a pay period, while others may earn $500 a pay period. Pay rate for our clients generally range from $9-$14 an hour, sometimes more when you include the incentives and bonus payouts.

Q. How often I'm I paid?

A. Our agents are paid on the 1st and the 15th of each month.

Q. What equipment do I need to get started?

A. You will need a PC laptop/desktop, home phone line, and a high speed internet connection, VoIP headset, and a Call Center Dial-pad w/ Headset Telephone.  Home phone cannot have any features!!!  This includes call waiting, voicemail, or any other features.  Just a POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service).  All-In One computers are not compatible at this time. 

Q. What operating system would I need?

A. Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, or Windows 10 are used by most of our clients. Mac OSX may be supported for a limited set of opportunities.  

Q. What type of clients will I be servicing?

A. Due to our Non Disclosure Agreement we are not allowed to openly say who our clients are. We do have opportunities with top cruise lines, popular on-line retailers, roadside assistance services, telecommunications companies, travel and hospitality, as well as various other Fortune 500 companies.
